How to start with a trial version or paid subscription

Follow these quick steps to add a Trial or paid subscription to your account. No payment or bank card details are required for Trial versions.

Register or sign in

Create a KNEWTE account or sign in to your existing account.

Go to Billing & Subscriptions

In the left menu, open Billing & Subscriptions to manage your subscriptions.

Select “New Subscription”

Click New Subscription to start adding a subscription to your account.

Choose Trial or Paid version

In Select Subscription *, choose Trial or Paid version, then confirm to activate your free 7 day trial or pay using your bank card for paid subscriptions.

Add multiple users to your app and control what each person can see and do. Assign permissions using Standard, Basic, Custom 1 and Custom 2 roles so a system admin can safely manage access to candidates, forms, branding and settings.

Configure automatic email reminders (for example after 1, 4 and 7 days) so referees are prompted to respond without increasing your administrative workload.

Security & Privacy

Candidate and referee contact details are stored securely with encryption. Referees access forms via secure tokenised links and do not need to sign in to the system.

Go to Billing & Subscriptions → New Subscription and select the Trial Version to activate your 7-day access.

Upgrade When Ready

Trial versions include limited features and cannot be converted into full-feature subscriptions. To continue using the app, choose a monthly paid subscription or a PAYG option.
