Overview

The reviewer portal is used by external reviewers to access files that have been shared with them.

A reviewer may receive files from more than one business. The portal shows shared files so the reviewer can open the correct file and see which business shared it.

Reviewer sign in

Reviewers sign in using their reviewer account. If they have not activated their account, they may need to use the invitation email first.

What reviewers see

Reviewers can see:

  • Shared review files
  • File version
  • Review file status
  • Business that shared the file
  • Open review points and items needing clearing

Opening a review file

When a reviewer opens a file, they see:

  • Read-only tree snapshot
  • Document preview panel
  • Review Points panel
  • Change status button
  • Download package button where allowed

Adding review points

The reviewer can select a node and add a review point. They can mark it as requiring clearing if the business needs to respond.

Security

Reviewers only see files shared with them. One business should not be able to remove or disable the reviewer’s access for other businesses.

Tips for reviewers

  • Check the business name before opening a file.
  • Select the correct node before adding a review point.
  • Use the status button to update the review file status when your review progresses.
