Working Papers dashboard

Overview

The dashboard is the starting point for the Working Papers app. It gives a quick view of activity and provides shortcuts to the main areas of the system.

The dashboard may show:

• Number of clients
• Active working paper files
• Open reviews
• Archived files
• Cloud sync count
• Storage used
• Cloud storage health
• Recent working paper activity

Common actions

Use the dashboard cards to open:

• New Client - create a new client or record holder
• Clients List - view and manage clients
• Filing Cabinets - organise file containers
• New Working Paper File - create a new file
• Working Paper Files - open existing files
• Cloud Sync - check documents waiting for cloud processing

Cloud storage health

The cloud storage health section helps you see whether online Office document storage is connected. If cloud sync warnings appear, open Cloud Sync to review affected documents.

Tips

• Use the dashboard when you need a quick route to the main functions.
• Check cloud sync health before finalising important files.
• Review storage use if your subscription includes a storage limit.
