Cloud sync for Working Papers

Overview

Cloud sync is used for online Office document handling. It helps the app connect Microsoft Office documents with online editing and storage.

Use Cloud Settings to check:

• Subscription cloud storage connection
• Microsoft account connection
• Online Office editing availability

Cloud Sync page

Use Cloud Sync to check documents waiting for sync and recent sync activity.

The page may show:

• Client
• Working paper file
• Node
• Document
• Status
• Message
• Recent activity

Documents waiting for sync

If a file cannot be finalised because documents are waiting for cloud sync, open Cloud Sync and review the affected documents.

Common messages

You may see messages such as:

• Document was saved locally
• Cloud document was renamed
• Cloud sync could not be completed
• Document is waiting for cloud sync

Tips

• Check Cloud Settings if online Office editing is not working.
• Retry sync where available.
• Keep your Microsoft account connected.
• Do not finalise a file until required cloud sync is complete.
