Main sections of the page

Header and actions

The top of the page contains the main actions available for this request, such as:

  • Print
  • Resend

These actions help you manage the request without leaving the page.

Status summary

A status area provides a quick summary of the request, such as whether it is pending, in progress, or completed.

Review section

This section allows you to:

  • enter internal review notes
  • choose a review status
  • save your review information

If a review has already been recorded, the saved information can be viewed and updated.

Request details

This section shows key information about the verification request, including:

  • request identifiers
  • candidate details
  • referee details
  • the version of the form that was sent

These details are shown for reference and record-keeping.

Delivery and timestamps

This section helps you track the progress of the request by showing items such as:

  • delivery channel
  • recipient
  • sent date and time
  • delivered status
  • opened date and time
  • clicked date and time
  • started date and time
  • completed date and time

This information is useful when checking whether the referee received and interacted with the request.

If no reminders exist, the page will show an empty state.

  • review the form that was sent
  • see the referee’s submitted answers, if a response has been completed

The preview is read-only and is provided for reference only.

Audit and record information

This section shows record history information for traceability, such as when the request was created or last updated.

Common tasks

Save a review

Use the review area to enter notes and choose a review status. Save the information to keep a record of your assessment or follow-up.

Resend a request

Use Resend when the referee needs another copy of the request.

Before resending, review the recipient and request details carefully to make sure the correct request is being sent again.

Print the request and response

Use Print to open a print-friendly version of the request.

This is useful when you need a paper copy or a PDF copy for internal filing or audit purposes.

Check delivery issues

If the referee says they did not receive the request, review the delivery history and reminder section for useful clues about what happened.

Important notes

  • The preview shows the version of the form that was sent at the time of issue.
  • Changes made later elsewhere do not change the historical preview shown here.
  • Reminder entries help show whether follow-up messages were attempted or completed.
  • Time information may be shown in a standard system time format and may need to be interpreted accordingly by your team.
  • Audit details are kept for traceability and record-keeping.

Errors and expected messages

Some actions may not be completed if there is a business rule, permission issue, or delivery-related problem.

If something goes wrong:

  • read the message shown on the page
  • correct the issue if possible
  • try again if appropriate

When reporting a problem, always provide the exact message shown.

Troubleshooting

No response is shown, but the referee says they replied

Check the request status and completion details first. If no response appears, record the request details and contact support.

Resend does not complete

Confirm that you are using the correct request and review any message shown on the page. If the issue continues, provide the error details to support.

The preview looks different from the latest version of the form

The preview shows the version that was originally sent to the referee. It does not change afterwards.

Accessibility and keyboard use

This page supports standard keyboard navigation.

Typical actions include:

  • moving through fields and links with Tab and Shift+Tab
  • activating controls with keyboard input
  • closing dialog windows where supported

Status and feedback messages are displayed in text so they can be read clearly.

Security and privacy

Verification requests and responses may contain personal information.

Only authorised users should review, resend, print, or otherwise manage these requests. Printed or shared copies should be handled in line with your organisation’s privacy and retention rules.

What to provide to support

If you need help, provide:

  • the request ID

  • the action you were trying to perform

  • a screenshot, if available
