Dashboard cards

The dashboard displays totals for requests awaiting preparation, awaiting signers, partially signed, completed, declined, expired and affected by delivery failures. It also shows the number of reusable templates.

Select a status card or use the left navigation to open the related list. Counts depend on the current business, signed-in profile and role permissions.

PAYG balance

The current PAYG balance appears in the page header throughout the App. A low balance is shown in red. Top up through KNEWTE Hub > Applications > Billing & Subscriptions > Subscription List, then view the eSignature Requests subscription.

Missing links

Navigation links are permission-aware. If a section is missing, ask a business administrator to review your eSignature Requests role. Signing out and back in may be required after a role is changed.
