Purpose

Use Subscriptions/RenewSubscription.aspx to review a subscription’s renewal details and proceed to payment for renewal or additional seats.


What you will see

  • Subscription header: Number, Business, App, Subscription
  • Charges summary: Subscription Fee, Additional License, Net, Tax, Total Due
  • Optional controls (when applicable): change number of users (DropDownListNoOfUsers) and see prorated or extra-user charges
  • Buttons:
  • Next, Make Payment — proceed to secure payment
  • Reset — clear changes
  • Feedback UI:
  • Red ErrorPanel for problems
  • Success panels shown after completion
  • Short toast notifications for quick confirmations

Step-by-step (renew now)

  1. Confirm you’re viewing the correct subscription (check Number, Business, App, Subscription).
  2. (If enabled) change the number of licenses via DropDownListNoOfUsers. The page updates fee details if allowed.
  3. Review the Fee Total area:
  • Subscription Fee — base amount
  • Additional License — fee for extra seats (if any)
  • Net, Tax, Total Due — final amounts to be charged now
  1. Click Next, Make Payment.
  • You’ll be taken to the payment/checkout flow (Stripe or configured gateway).
  • Wait for confirmation before navigating away or closing the browser.
  1. On successful payment you’ll see confirmation and links to SubscriptionsList or Apps.

Messages you may see

  • “Please select X” or other validation — required choice missing
  • “Session expired” or server error in ErrorPanel — sign in again or retry later
  • Non-refund notices may appear for certain one-time charges

Troubleshooting

Totals do not update after changing users

  • Re-select the number, or refresh the page and try again.
  • Ensure session is active — sign in again if needed.

Payment fails

  • Verify card details, try another card, or contact billing support with the error message and time.

Save/Next button unresponsive

  • Check ErrorPanel for validation messages.
  • Ensure browser allows scripts and popups for the payment provider.

Billing & policy notes

  • Charges shown are authoritative for the immediate renewal step.
  • Extra-user fees and prorated amounts depend on billing rules — check labels and notices on the page.
  • Some add-on fees may be non-refundable; read any displayed notice.

Accessibility & keyboard tips

  • Use Tab to navigate fields and buttons; Enter triggers the focused button.
  • Error panel has a clear (×) button and visible text for assistive tech.
