This page lets you create a new account and activate it using a code sent to your email. Read the steps below before you register.


Overview

  • Purpose: Register a new user account and then verify your email address using the activation code sent to you.
  • Flow:
  1. Fill the registration form (name, email, password).
  2. Complete the reCAPTCHA and agree to Terms & Conditions.
  3. Click Register — you will see a message that an activation code was sent.
  4. Enter the activation code and click Activate (or use Resend Code if needed).
  5. After activation you may Sign In.

What you’ll see on the page

  • Registration form: First name, Last name, Email, Password and Confirm Password
  • Password policy panel describing required complexity
  • Optional Tester Code field (for internal/testing scenarios — usually leave blank)
  • Google reCAPTCHA widget (User Validation)
  • Terms checkbox (you must accept to register)
  • After registering: a confirmation area that asks you to enter the code emailed to you; a Resend Code button is available
  • Error panel at top that displays problems (click × to dismiss)

Step-by-step — create an account

  1. Complete all fields (all fields are required).
  • First Name and Last Name: plain text (max length shown)
  • Email: use the email you want associated with the account
  • Password and Confirm Password: must match and follow the password policy below
  1. (Optional) If you were given a Tester Code, enter it. Most users leave this empty.
  2. Complete the reCAPTCHA to prove you are not a bot.
  3. Tick the checkbox to agree to Terms & Conditions.
  4. Click Register.
  5. Watch for the green confirmation panel: the system sends an activation code to the email you provided.

Do not refresh the page or use the browser Back button while activating.

  1. Enter the activation code in the provided field and click Activate.
  2. If you did not get the code or it expired, click Resend Code (follow on-screen guidance about retry timing).

Password policy (must be met)

  • At least 8 characters
  • Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Contains at least one number (0–9)
  • Includes at least one special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)
  • Must not contain your name or the email name part (before @)
  • Avoid commonly used passwords

reCAPTCHA and verification

  • The page includes Google reCAPTCHA. Complete it before submitting registration.
  • If reCAPTCHA is not completed you will see an error asking you to finish it.

Terms & Conditions

  • You must accept the Terms & Conditions to register.
  • The checkbox has client- and server-side validation — registration will be blocked until accepted.

Activation code & Resend

  • Activation codes are sent to the email you entered. Check Inbox and Spam/Junk folders.
  • Do not refresh or navigate away from the page while activating.
  • Use Resend Code only if the code did not arrive or expired. Wait a short interval if a resend limit is in place.

Common messages and what they mean

  • Validation errors (top red error panel): missing field, passwords don’t match, password fails policy, reCAPTCHA missing, or terms not accepted.
  • “Account created. We have sent a code to your email…” — registration succeeded; check email for the activation code.
  • “Resend Code” related messages — either a confirmation that a new code was sent or a notice to wait if you’ve retried too quickly.
  • If email already registered: you’ll be instructed to sign in or use password recovery.

Troubleshooting

No activation email

  • Check the Spam/Junk folder.
  • Confirm the email you entered is correct (typos are common).
  • Wait a few minutes, then click Resend Code.

Activation code invalid/expired

  • Request a new code using Resend Code.
  • Ensure you use the most recent code (older codes become invalid).

reCAPTCHA not appearing or failing

  • Disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions, try another browser.

Password policy failures

  • Re-enter a stronger password that meets all listed rules.

Terms checkbox not validating

  • Try clicking the label text or the checkbox directly; client-side JS validates it and there is a server-side fallback.

Page refresh/back during activation

  • Avoid doing this — it may break the activation flow. If it happens, request a new code.

Security & privacy tips

  • Use a unique password you don’t use elsewhere.
  • Store your password securely (consider a password manager).
  • Do not share activation codes or your password.
  • If you did not request registration but received a code, do not use it — contact support.

Accessibility & keyboard tips

  • Fields and buttons are keyboard-accessible. Use Tab to move and Enter to submit.
  • If you have trouble with reCAPTCHA, try a different device or contact support.

After activation

  • You will be able to sign in. Use the Sign In link in the header or the Sign In button shown after registration.
  • If you still cannot sign in after activation, use the Sign In page’s password recovery if needed.

Contact support

If problems persist, contact support and include:

  • the email you attempted to register
  • a screenshot of any error messages
  • the approximate time you tried to register

Short tooltips (suggested)

  • Register: “Create your account and send a verification code to your email.”
  • Resend Code: “Send a new activation code to your email (use if you did not receive the first).”
  • Activate: “Enter the code we emailed you to complete activation.”
