Accept Invitation — Help
What this page does
- Shows the details of an invitation someone sent you to join a business subscription or application.
- Lets you Accept or Reject the invitation.
What you will see
Invitation details
- Invitation From: who sent the invitation
- Business: the company or subscription you’re being invited to
- Application: the app you’ll get access to
- Invitation Sent: date the invitation was sent
- Invitation Expiring: the expiry date for the invitation
Buttons
- Accept — accept the invitation
- Reject — open a confirmation dialog to reject the invitation
Messages area
- A green success panel appears after acceptance with a link to "Shared With Me".
- A red error area appears when something goes wrong or the invitation can’t be used.
- Small toast notifications appear briefly at the top for quick feedback.
How to accept an invitation
- Verify the Invitation From, Business and Application match what you expect.
- Check Invitation Expiring. If the expiry date is past, you cannot accept.
- Click the Accept button.
- After a moment the page reloads and:
- You’ll see a confirmation message (toast) that the invitation was accepted.
- A success panel explains you can access the app from the Shared With Me link.
How to reject an invitation
- Click the Reject button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm rejection.
- Click Confirm in the dialog to proceed or Cancel to keep the invitation.
- After confirming, the page reloads and shows a brief message that the invitation was rejected and that it is no longer active.
Messages you may see and what they mean
- "Invitation accepted." — Your acceptance was recorded successfully.
- "Invitation rejected." — Your rejection was recorded successfully.
- "Missing invitation parameter." — The invitation link is incomplete. Open the link you received again or contact the sender.
- "This invitation has been removed and no longer available." — The invitation was deleted by the sender or administrator.
- "Invalid request. You do not have access to this invitation." — You are not the intended recipient; do not proceed and contact the sender.
- "This invitation is no longer active." — The invitation has already been accepted, rejected, or disabled.
- "This invitation has been expired and can't be accepted." — The invitation expired; ask the sender to issue a new one.
- "Failed to update invitation status." — There was a problem saving your response. Retry and contact support if the issue persists.
Troubleshooting tips
- If the page shows an error, try reloading the link from the invitation email or message.
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account that received the invitation.
- If the invitation expired or was removed, ask the person who invited you to send a new invitation.
- If you see "Invalid request" or unexpected details, do not accept — contact the sender or support.
- If operations fail repeatedly, take a screenshot of the message and contact support with the screenshot and the invitation sender’s name.
Accessibility & keyboard tips
- The Reject confirmation dialog can be closed with the Escape key.
- Buttons are keyboard-focusable — use Tab to move focus and Enter or Space to activate.
Security note
- Only accept invitations you expect. Do not accept invitations from unknown senders.
- If anything about the invitation looks suspicious, verify with the person who sent it before accepting.
After accepting
- You can access the shared application from the "Shared With Me" link (visible in the success panel or in the app navigation).

Provide the invitation sender’s name and the date you received the invitation.
